Child policy:1-5 under years old will get FREE sharing bed with parents and sharing bike with parents (child bike seats are available in limited quantities and need to be booked in advance)

Payment Policy 
Choose one of these options:
– Paying 100% of the fee when making a tour will get a discount of 200k
– Paying 100% of the fee when making a tour will receive a 500k discount if you are an Anaworkout student
– Payment of 30% deposit fee when making a tour booking will not be discounted and the rest must be paid at least 45 days before the date of departure.

Refund policy for those who booked the tour
– Any request to cancel the tour 45 days before departure will be charged a service fee of 30% of the tour price
– Cancellation of tour before 30-44 days of departure will be charged 50% of the tour price
– Cancel the tour 25-29 days before departure will have to pay 70% of the tour price
– Cancel the tour 24 days before departure, guests will be charged 100% of the tour price.
