About Ana

I used to be overweight at 70kg after working for an international advertising agency for 10 years. In March 2020 as lockdown period, I decided to start working out to transform my body. In 5 months, I have lost 18kg.

My story has inspired many people. In 2021, I decided to quit my full-time job to become a personal trainer. My goal is to inspire more people to exercise and encourage them to start a great journey just like me…

Online Course Overview

The first week is the time when we get acquainted with the basic techniques, the most important of which is the abdominal muscle tightening technique.

In the second week, you will be practicing exercises with increasing frequency along with new exercises to help improve your fitness and endurance.

In the third week, you will be practicing exercises that focus on developing abs and glutes to make cardio more effective and easier.

Week 4, you will be practicing exercises mainly on the upper body of the body, specifically the arms and combining some leg exercises to help the body change comprehensively.

In the last week, you will be able to re-challenge the old exercises with more speed and frequency than the first weeks and besides, there are other exercises to clearly feel the change in health.
