The phrase Work From Home is probably no longer strange to us during the covid period. For many people, work from home has changed things for the worse and for the better. We all have the same amount of time 24 hours a day, but how to make the most of that time is useful. For me, “Work From Home” is a great opportunity to lose weight.
This is how I and my busy students “enlisted” to practice when “work from home”.
1/ Practice before your child gets up, before going to work:
My students are usually working mothers or have young children, so they are quite busy. But thanks to WFH, mothers save a lot of time applying makeup, moving, and taking their children to school. In the past, if mothers wanted to exercise, the morning hours were too slow, they could not exercise in time, even if they had to wake up at 5 am, they still couldn’t make it in time. As for WFH, save an hour, take advantage now. The best time to practice is 6am – 7am, after taking a shower, you are healthy, full of energy to work and take care of the children. I took this opportunity to teach students online via Zoom, saving them a lot of time having to go to the gym, imagine waking up in the morning it only takes 15-20 minutes to clean up and go to the gym. Not having to go to the gym, going to the living room to open the computer to meet the teacher is always super convenient. There are sisters who can practice at noon before going to work, equally effective. The important thing is that I know how to arrange reasonable time periods.
